These terms exist to keep things clear and fair for both of us.
By subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services Provided
ConversionBlade offers web-based digital services including:
Website design and development
Social media content creation and management (Scale tier only)
Logo and branding asset creation (Scale tier only)
Hosting, monitoring, and maintenance
Your service tier determines the features included:
Launch – A single-page, mobile-first booking site, optimised for conversions.
Grow – A multi-page booking site with advanced SEO and growth-ready structure.
Scale – Everything in Grow, plus weekly branded social content, custom visual identity, and monthly performance reports.
2. Payment & Billing
All payments are handled securely through Stripe.
You can choose monthly or annual billing.
Please keep your payment details up to date so there’s no interruption to your service.
3. Delivery Timeline
Launch sites are usually ready within 2–5 business days.
Grow and Scale sites may take a little longer depending on scope.
Logos and branding (Scale only) are typically delivered within 48 hours once we begin design.
4. Included Monthly Support
Every plan includes 1 site update per month — whether you’re on Launch, Grow, or Scale.
These updates cover things like:
Swapping out images you provide
Updating your contact details or opening hours
Adjusting your products/services (pricing, descriptions, availability)
They don’t cover:
Copywriting changes (we handle this through our conversion process)
Layout or design changes
New pages or sections
If you ever need something outside this scope, we’ll happily quote it as a custom job.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle.
We don’t offer partial refunds for early cancellations.
6. Refund Policy
Once work has started or 48 hours have passed since purchase, refunds aren’t available.
For billing errors, just email [Hello@conversionblade.com] so we can fix it quickly.
Please reach out before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve things directly.
7. Client Responsibilities
We’ll need certain things from you — like text, images, logos, and business details — to get your project live.
If these are delayed, it can slow down delivery times.
8. Ownership & Use
Your website is part of your active subscription.
It stays live while you’re subscribed, but the platform, structure, and managed service remain the property of ConversionBlade.
If your subscription ends, the site will be taken offline.
The website and its files cannot be transferred, copied, or hosted elsewhere without our written permission.
If you’re on the Scale tier, you’ll also receive brand assets like logos, social content, and other marketing materials.
Once they’re created and fully paid for, these are yours to use however you like, even outside our service.
We love showing our work, so unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may feature your project in our portfolio.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time.
Continuing to use our services after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
